The BLS Provider

Instructor-led, hands-on class format reinforces skills proficiency
 
The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. 
 
Full BLS Provider Course takes approximately 4.5 hours to complete, including skills practice and skills testing
 
BLS Renewal Course takes approximately 3 hours to complete, including skills practice and testing
 
*Course time based on 1 instructor: 6 students: 2 manikins
If you book an online course, you are still required to do 1 hour in person skills training. Please call for link, once booked! 
 
BLS Provider Course Certification Cards are digitally received same day and valid for two years.

CPR Training

Instructor-led, hands-on class format reinforces skills proficiency

 

CPR Training offers programs in first aid, CPR and AED. Our training is available for any age and can be tailored to the needs of specific groups and individuals. Whether you work with children, want training for employees or simply want to know how to help someone in an emergency, we have a class for you.

 Our professional instructors and trainers use American Safety & Health Institute, First Response Training International and Emergency First Response programs. Theses programs are solidly grounded in state-of-the-art educational material that provide program flexibility to meet your scheduling needs.

 

CPR Certification Course Completion Card, are digitally received same day and valid for two years.

Lifestyle Coaching

Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services provide information and skills for people to manage their diabetes and related conditions. DSMES is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and life experiences and is guided by evidence-based standards.

 

You’ll learn how to eat healthy, be physically active, monitor blood sugar levels, take medication, problem solve, reduce risk for other health conditions, cope with the emotional side of diabetes, and improve your health and quality of life.

 

DSMES is led by a diabetes educator like a registered nurse, registered dietician, or pharmacist.
